Day 00 — The problem
A website is infrastructure, not decoration.
Getting a website built is unpleasant. Quotes arrive vague and arrive late. The price moves. Nobody explains what a domain is or who owns it. Six weeks in, the owner is still waiting and still doesn't know what they're paying for.
Triiv fixes that with a fixed scope, a fixed price and a fixed date. You know what you get, what it costs and when it goes live before you pay anything.

Half the fee starts the work. The other half is due the day the site goes live — not before.
Day 01 — Materials in
Send us what you have.
Logo, photos, services and your WhatsApp number. A voice note describing the business is perfectly acceptable — we'll write the text from it.

Being straight about the maths. Over twelve months Launch costs $450 and Grow costs $1,280. Grow is more, and it should be — it covers every change you ask for, the renewals, the monitoring and the monthly report.

Before you ask.
You do, in both packages. The domain is registered in your name from day one. On Grow we manage it for you; we never hold it.
Nothing bad — Grow is month to month with no minimum term and no cancellation penalty. Whenever you leave we hand over the site files, transfer the domain and send every login.
No, and nobody honestly can. We do the groundwork properly — titles, descriptions, speed, mobile layout, sitemap — which is what ranking depends on. Anyone promising position one is selling you something else.
You see a live preview on day three, before the balance is due. Launch includes three rounds of revisions; Grow includes as many as it takes.
No. There's no Wix or Squarespace subscription behind the site. On Launch you pay the domain and hosting directly from year two — $140 a year. On Grow it's included.
Yes, included in both packages. Send a voice note about your business and we'll draft it. You correct what doesn't sound like you.
Not currently. If you need inventory, a cart and payments, we'll tell you on the first call and recommend someone rather than take a deposit for work outside what we do well.
Bank transfer, Zelle or Wise for USD. Bancolombia or Nequi for COP. Half to begin, half the day the site goes live.
